What to Expect: This pottery taster session is ideal for beginners, with no prior experience needed. Your expert teacher will guide you through the entire process, from shaping clay on the wheel to crafting your unique pieces. If you’re more experienced, it’s a great chance to hone your skills with professional support. By the end of the session, you’ll have created your own pottery masterpiece, which will be taken for firing and glazing. Your finished pieces will be ready for collection four weeks after the workshop, perfect for displaying at home or gifting to your special someone. Highlights of the Workshop: - Welcome glass of Prosecco and strawberries. - All tools, aprons, and clay provided. - Fired and glazed pieces ready for collection after 4 weeks. - Fun and relaxing vibes in a cozy pottery studio. Additional Details: - Each ticket is for one person. Please book two tickets if attending with a partner. - A materials fee of £5 per finished piece will be collected at the studio. - Please arrive with trimmed nails for safety and wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy. - BYOB is welcome—feel free to bring your favorite drinks and snacks! Cancellation Policy
Reminders: - Clay, aprons and tools will be provided during the class. - Fingernails should be kept short for health and safety reasons. - Please wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a bit of clay on. - Please do not wear any accessories or leave them around the studio if possible. - Please come 10 minutes prior to the start of the class, as this will allow you to sign in and get ready for class demonstration. - It is your responsibility to arrive on time for the class. Upon arriving to your class 30 minutes or later, we have the right to reject you joining the class without any refund or rescheduling. -Please check your confirmation to ensure you arrive at the correct studio to the correct class. For Taster Classes: - Please be aware a materials fee of £5 per piece additional will be required if pots to be kept. Please prepare cash or bank info for a transfer on the day to keep pieces. - Pieces will ready around 4 weeks after the class, and we will send a collection email by then. Please double check if the email is in the spam folder. - Please pick them up within collection period as they will be kept in storage for up to one month. If not collected in time they may be disposed of. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made in writing by email or text. You may cancel your course within 7 days of purchase with a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the class, course, or workshop will not be refunded. If your class, course, or workshop starts sooner than that, please get in touch as soon as possible (nam@cernamic.com). Exchanges can be made within 7 days at our discretion. Of course, there are emergencies and unforeseen circumstances that will impact your attendance so our team will work with you to negotiate or rearrange the date.
