In this hands-on stained glass workshop, you’ll learn the essential steps of creating a stained glass piece using the copper foiling technique. This session is perfect for complete beginners—no previous experience is needed. You’ll choose from a selection of provided designs and complete a small piece to take home. What You’ll Learn: • Introduction to stained glass: tools, materials, and safety protocols • Design and pattern use: working with pre-made templates to guide your project • Glass selection and cutting: how to choose, score, and break glass accurately • Foiling, leading and soldering: step-by-step assembly and joining of your piece • Finishing touches: cleaning, polishing, and final review of your work What to Bring: • Closed-toe shoes are required • Water or something to drink Workshop Schedule: 10:00 – 10:30: Introduction & Safety Briefing 10:30 – 12:30: Glass Selection, Cutting & Assembly 12:30 – 13:30: Lunch Break 13:30 – 15:00: Foiling, Leading & Soldering 15:00 – 16:00: Finishing, Q&A, and Review

Reminders: - Please do not wear any accessories or leave them around the studio if possible. - Please come 10 minutes prior to the start of the class, as this will allow you to sign in and get ready for class demonstration. - It is your responsibility to arrive on time for the class.
